Code 4 Northwest is an entirely volunteer-run, free and confidential crisis response and referral network for Washington State active and retired first responders, EMS, corrections, civilian support personnel, and their families. Confidentiality is protected by RCW 43.101.425.
It is the mission of Blue H.E.L.P. to reduce mental health stigma through education, advocate for benefits for those suffering from post-traumatic stress, acknowledge the service and sacrifice of law enforcement officers we lost to suicide, assist officers in their search for healing, and to bring awareness to suicide and mental health issues.

NAMI (NATIONAL ALLIANCE ON MENTAL ILLNESS)
Provides information and education about mental illness, offers helpline for mental health crises, and connects a wide network of local mental health organizations. Visit their site for information specific to veterans and active-duty first responders.

Provides leadership and resources – programs, policies, information and data, funding, and personnel – to advance mental and substance use disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery services in order to improve individual, community, and public health.
